There is no plugin or anything to download or install. If you are a new user who just signed up, please go to item 1.3. Do Not Have A ZSentry Account Yet? 1.1. Choose Name and Email Address: Choose your email identifiers, for example with Name="Joe Smith" and Address="Joe@smith.com". Both identifiers will be used in the authenticated 'From' when sending secure emails. You must own or legitimately use them and have access to the corresponding Inbox. You can use a gmail, yahoo, or hotmail account, or (more likely) use your organization's domain name. 1.2. Sign Up: Register your Name and Email Address with ZSentry. For personal use, click to get Free ZSentry Basic. For business use, click for ZSentry Premium Free Trial. You will choose your ZSentry Password (with 8 or more characters, case-sensitive). You will receive online your Return Code (for anti-phishing protection) and by email your ZSentry Usercode (with 6 characters). Initialize Account: (new users) 1.3. Login and Activate Account: You must login with your ZSentry Usercode and Password. This will also activate your ZSentry account, if you have not done so yet. Go to the ZSentry App Login and follow the instructions. 1.4. Personalize, Save and Authorize: in your ZSentry account screen, click "Dashboard > Personalize > Save". You will be authorized to use Mail clients & Cloud apps. A [ZMAIL INFO] email will be sent to your Inbox, with your PASS (PRE-AUTHORIZED SSL SMTP) and instructions. USAGE: Login and account management instructions are given below. You use your existing email address to send and receive ZSentry Mail (Zmail), as follows:Send Zmail: ZSentry can encrypt, control and send secure email from Cloud apps such as Gmail and Google Apps, desktop Mail clients such as Outlook and Apple Mail, and send secure SMS to cell phones. Users can also send Zmail using ZSentry Web. Receive Zmail: ZSentry messages are received at your current Inbox (desktop, webmail, or mobile) using your current application (including Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) and can be read anywhere, protected by several security layers with self-destruct and recipient authentication. NEW: Gmail and Google Apps can now use Zmail to encrypt and read, directly using the Google web interface. Also works for Yahoo Mail, Microsoft Live, Hotmail, other providers and email addresses, and using your organization's domain name. - Send from Gmail: ZSentry + Google Set Up >> - Use examples: ZSentry + Google HOW-TOs >> Login and Account Management: For account management, you must login using ZSentry App (see first frame below). When using Mail clients & Cloud apps, your app handles the login (see second frame below). Both methods require mutual authentication and SSL, and provide anti-spoofing protection. ZSentry App: (see top left corner) provides login, account activation, secure email Zmail functions for ZSentry Web and ZSentry Mobile, as well as secure access for account self-management, personalization, and other functions. There is no set up. Click on the App (see top left corner) to login and use functions. ZSENTRY APP QUICK LOGIN: Go to https://zsentry.com/zmail/access.html and enter Your Usercode (you received your Usercode by email, after sign up). In the next screen, optionally verify Your Return Code (you received your RC with your Usercode) and enter Your Password (you chose your Password when you signed up). PERSONALIZE: After you are logged in through ZSentry App, review your ZSentry Dashboard default settings (click Dashboard/Show All) and save them (click Save in the last panel, Personalize). At any time, you can use the ZSentry App to personalize your use of both ZSentry App, Mail clients & Cloud apps. Mail clients & Cloud apps: your Mail client, Cloud app, or other apps can use ZSentry services with no plugins, including secure email Zmail, Billing, and Vault. Requires client set up. Choose How You Want To Use ZSentry If you need assistance, please request a Support Ticket. Free Trial:(if you are using Free Trial) When you login for the first time, you will be required to verify your account by submitting payment information. You will not be charged and you owe nothing if you delete your account within 30 days. Instructions to delete your account are also included in your message. The 30-day trial period starts when you signup. Please login to confirm as soon as possible. Save Now: (if you are using Save Now) When you login for the first time, you will see a choice of payment options. To keep your "Save Now" discount, please login to confirm as soon as possible. 1. Usercode: your Usercode was sent by email to you. Please write it down and keep it in a safe place, not near your computer. Letter case does not matter; letter O and number 0 are equal; letter I and number 1 are equal. If you forget your Usercode, you can Reset your account. 2. Password: you chose your Password when you registered. The Password is case sensitive. Please write it down keep it in a safe place, not near your computer. If you forget your Password, you can Reset your account. 3. Your Account Information: You will see your Name and Email Address after you login. Please make sure they are correct, which helps make sure that you are at the correct server. 4. What If I Forget My Password or Usercode? You can Reset your account. We do not know or store your Usercode or Password. 5. Hints: Try first to send a Zmail to yourself, to see how it works. You will receive the Zmail message at your email address, using your current email application. Follow the message instructions to read it. You can also send a Zmail to anyone you want, there is no need to pre-register your recipients. 6. Every email or attachment you send over a computer network is copied (and perhaps even backed up) on many different computers, without your explicit knowledge and consent. Anyone can send a regular email in your name or using your email address. Not with ZSentry.
