Welcome to ZSentry! Your Login Instructions are given below. ZSentry can send secure email ZSentry Mail (Zmail) from a desktop email program such as Outlook or Thunderbird, and send secure SMS to cell phones. Users can also send Zmail using webmail. ZSentry messages are received at your current Inbox (desktop, webmail, or mobile) and can be read anywhere, protected by several security layers including self-destruct and recipient authentication. There is no plug-in or anything to download or install, sending or receiving.

Sign Up: You can subscribe to ZSentry Bundle edition (Desktop, Mobile, and Web) with a risk-free 30-day Free Trial, or with the Save Now plan and save $15.00. You can also subscribe to ZSentry Web and Mobile edition without cost, for personal use, with Free ZSentry Basic.

Overview: ZSentry has two distinct login modes: Desktop and Portal. Both require mutual authentication and SSL, and provide anti-spoofing protection.

• ZSentry Portal Login: (or, just login) is open to all users and provides account activation, secure online access to account self-management and personalization functions for all ZSentry Web, Mobile, and Desktop services. It is also used by ZSentry Web and ZSentry Mobile to directly provide secure email zmail functions.
• ZSentry Desktop Login: to enable Desktop Login you need to first login at the ZSentry Portal to activate your account. This service is open to Premium users only and uses SSL SMTP to securely provide all ZSentry Desktop services, including Mail (zmail), Billing, and Vault, directly from your email program. The Desktop services are configurable and can be personalized through the Portal.

ZSentry Login: There is no setup or download. Go to https://zsentry.com/zmail/login.html. Enter Your Usercode (you receive you Usercode by email). In the next screen, optionally verify Your Return Code (you received your RC when you signed up and also with your Usercode) and enter Your Password (you chose your Password when you signed up). ZSentry Desktop Login and Set Up: ZSentry Desktop can send and read ZSentry messages with Outlook, Thunderbird or other email program, with no plug-in. The set up and login instructions are available at the Desktop Set Up page. If you need assistance, please request a Support Ticket.

Free Trial: When you login for the first time, you will be required to verify your account by submitting payment information. You will not be charged and you owe nothing if you delete your account within 30 days. Instructions to delete your account are also included in your message. The 30-day trial period starts when you signup. Please login to confirm as soon as possible.

Save Now: When you login for the first time, you will see a choice of payment options. To keep your "Save Now" discount of $15.00, please login to confirm as soon as possible.

1. Usercode: your Usercode was sent by email to you. Please write it down and keep it in a safe place, not near your computer. Letter case does not matter; letter O and number 0 are equal; letter I and number 1 are equal. If you forget your Usercode, you can Reset your account.

2. Password: you chose your Password when you registered. The Password is case sensitive. Please write it down keep it in a safe place, not near your computer. If you forget your Password, you can Reset your account.

3. Your Account Information: You will see your Name and Email Address after you login. Please make sure they are correct, which helps make sure that you are at the correct server.

4. What If I Forget My Password or Usercode? You can Reset your account. We do not know or store your Usercode or Password.

5. Hints: Try first to send a Zmail to yourself, to see how it works. You will receive the Zmail message at your email address, using your current email application. Follow the message instructions to read it. You can also send a Zmail to anyone you want, there is no need to pre-register your recipients.
